Although many of us rely on Google for different information, it is a matter of concern whether we are receiving the exact data as expected or not. This is where Google Search codes come into play. Using good google search queries will provide you with precise and more desired search results. Most SEO Experts tend to undertake searches with the assistance of Google Search codes in order to find what they exactly are looking for. This feature will also help you shorten the result counts thus saving time, but most of all you will receive the exact search results. Below are most of the Google Search codes, which can be used to perform expert searches.
These codes have to be inserted in Google’s search bar along with the required parameters like url, keyword, etc.. whatever is required :

  • To view other pages with links to url’s, i.e. to view the backlinks according to Google >> link:url
  • For regular Searches >> keyword or search phrase
  • To acquire related pages >> related:url
  • To view the number of pages of a certain site(URL) indexed by Google >> site:http://websitedomain.tld/
  • To restrict search results to a particular domain >> site:domain name
  • To recieve results with the query word only in the URL >> inurl:keyword
  • In order to see pages with all the search terms in the url >> allinurl:keyword
  • To view results with search terms in the title >> allintitle:keyword
  • To restrict search within text of the pages and not in the links or title >> allintext:keyword
  • Google cached version of a url >> cache:url
  • To locate pages that contain links to related searches, backlinks, and pages containing the url >> info:url
  • To restrict the search to links and not in text or title >> allinlinks:keyword
  • To search only specified file types >> filetype:filetypes
  • In order to view the name and address of a phone number >> phone:keyword
  • To lookup the search query in a stock index >> stock:keyword

    You didn’t touch on combing more advanced queries to really mine down into google’s available data. For instance, googling:

    “techfrog.com” -site:techfrog.com

    Try it, you’ll be interested in the results. :)

    Most of people using google in simpliest way just typing the question. Low percent of users know about the codes.
